Careful work on the rooms you live in
About Hazelake Construction
Hazelake Construction repairs and finishes walls, ceilings, floors and paint across Toronto and the GTA. We also take care of the small jobs on your list.
Where the name comes from
The name Hazelake joins the street names of our first two projects. One was in downtown Toronto, and the other was in Oak Ridges, Richmond Hill.
Four kinds of work, done properly
Hazelake focuses on drywall and popcorn ceilings, flooring, painting and handyman jobs. Keeping the list short lets each job get the attention it needs.
Why homeowners choose Hazelake
- Hazelake is insured and has WSIB coverage.
- Working at Heights training for our crew, for ladder work on eavestroughs and outside walls.
- Free, itemized quotes, so you can see what each part of the job covers.
- Quotes from texted photos, so many jobs can be priced before anyone visits.
- A clear, itemized price before any work starts, and any change is priced before it goes ahead.
How a job runs
- 1. You tell us about the job. Call, text or send the form, and add a few photos if you can. A close-up and a wider shot show us the problem and the room around it.
- 2. You get an itemized quote. Each repair, room or task appears on its own line, with what it covers. For larger work, we may ask to see the space before quoting.
- 3. We plan the visit with you. Dates, building rules, parking and how the room gets protected are settled before the first day. Condo owners can share their building’s elevator booking and work hours.
- 4. The work, done carefully. Floors and furniture stay covered, and the surface gets prepared before anything new goes on. If something unexpected turns up, you hear about it and its price first.
- 5. A final look together. You see the finished work with us, and the space is left clean. Questions about caring for the new finish are welcome at any point.
