Re-caulking done properly
New caulk won’t stick to old caulk, soap scum or mould. We cut out the old bead, clean the joint and let it dry before a fresh bead of sealant goes on.
Fresh caulk can’t fix a leak behind the tile, so you’ll hear about any soft or loose spots first.
Grout and cracked tiles
Cracked or missing grout lets water reach the wall behind your tile. We rake out the damaged lines and regrout small areas to match as closely as we can.
A cracked tile can come out and a spare one go in, if you still have extras from the original job.
Fall draft-proofing
Cold air often slips in around doors and window trim. New weatherstripping, door sweeps and fresh exterior caulk close those gaps before winter.

How long before I can use the shower after re-caulking?
The sealant’s label sets the wait, and many need a full day before water touches them. We tell you when your shower is ready to use before we leave.
Can you get rid of the black mould in my caulking?
Mould grows into old caulk, so cleaning the surface rarely lasts. We remove the old bead, treat the joint and let it dry before new caulk goes on. Good bathroom airflow helps the new line stay clean.
Can you fix cracked grout or replace one tile?
Yes, for small areas. We regrout damaged lines and can swap a cracked tile when a spare one exists. Large areas of loose tile may point to water damage behind them.
Do you install weatherstripping on doors and windows?
Yes. We fit new weatherstripping and door sweeps, and recaulk window and door trim inside and out. Fall is a good time, before the cold sets in.
